Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Celebration Party Supply. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items (personalized/customized products, perishable goods, or sale items) are non-refundable.

  1. Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  1. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
